It's an f'd up world

When my idea of taking a break is reading a case on constructive dividends.

Further, I would like to share with you some of my notes from Corporate Tax:

"o Some tax shelter loopholes: borrow money at low rates, then use to buy didividend producitn alkdjf;
o See 1051 or soemtnign, can’t buy, slel buy sell, holding periods apply – takes the fun out of ti, see the boioijfj, I;m tiread ahia;okjh 246a"

CorpoTAX rulez!

You're gonna be so SET once you graduate. Of course, you probably won't see the light of day for a number of years, but it'll be worth it cuz you'll be bringin' in serious BANK... and money is all that matters. Or at least in CorpoAmericana. If you haven't already, you must see "Enron: the smartest guys in the room." It's fuggin' awesome. [It's playin' at Cinema21] After watching it I finally have an idea of what actually transpired to cause the Enron scandal. It's ridiculous how even the most direct, most inquisitive people cave in the in the face of big money.
